The analysis system is so well thought out at this point that everyone can be placed within 1 of 12 colour groups. They're called Seasons because it's familiar and it works, but it's just degrees of light/dark , clear/dull , and warm/cool. Sterre,

If you're ever within a day's drive of Detroit, let me know. Lora is really very intuitive about colour. Odds are that you are the season she analyzed you to. How do you know if a more detailed analyst knows what they're doing? I guess, how do you know if anyone does? Do a little research ahead of time, trust your instincts, get referrals. All coloring is good. And right. It's not so much what colours you like as the effect they have on the skin. Black has a very particular effect on Winter skin, and somewhat different in men than women. Quite honestly, I don't think anybody has a clue till they've been analyzed by someone who knows what they're looking for. What seems like a subtle shade difference can have a fairly dramatic effect on the skin. Do you know how to locate Sci\ART analysts? I like that system because it's objective. I had a colour analysis almost 20 years ago. I was a winter type, but I found that it was more towards the spring. And know I read that there are 3 different wintertypes. I didn't know. I googled for something else but the results show your website as well and I am glad I looked at it. Thanks for this site.
