As I think about, I probably prefer sweeter dressings. Another of my favorites is the Lime Honey Vinaigrette from Bonnie Stern&#039;s HeartSmart Cooking.
I&#039;m not fond of the taste of salt and sometimes find oil&amp;vinegar dressings, or those with Dijon mustard, too sharp.
