I could come up with the easy answer, though still correct, which is 1. believing the words are true (you're there) 2. don't plan on mastering it in a week ; you never have to be perfect, you just have to start 3. try to be better at it today than you were yesterday ; you can change what you're used to with regards to anything, including what you think about. What you think is what you act. But I know that you know all this. And these answers are non-specific. Can you make your question more specific? Finish your sentence "Seven step guide....". How does it end? If there is 1 point above that is the hardest for you to accept, or seems the most pat, which would it be? Oh, very good comment.
