OK - so that&#039;s closer to what I was thinking about.  Basically, the school of self help falls short these days with the right intent, but a HUGE blank between the intent and the steps.  For the practitioner of these statements it may seems obvious, but for everyone else, a little more guidance please...</description>

2. don&#039;t plan on mastering it in a week ; you never have to be perfect, you just have to start 
3. try to be better at it today than you were yesterday ; you can change what you&#039;re used to with regards to anything, including what you think about. What you think is what you act. But I know that you know all this.
And these answers are non-specific. Can you make your question more specific? Finish your sentence &quot;Seven step guide....&quot;. How does it end?  If there is 1 point above that is the hardest for you to accept, or seems the most pat, which would it be?</description>
